2. Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays. We are not liable for such delays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Risk of loss passes to you when your package is handed to the carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange eligible products under the following conditions:

Eligible items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order garments

  • Items returned without prior approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or is defective. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.

  • Slight differences in texture or construction are normal and part of the handmade or unique nature of many of our items.
